We are the cozy and centrally located hostel with most of the sights and restaurants in Karlskrona around the corner. Our focus is to offer a personalized service, a pleasant atmosphere and a place where travelers from all over the world can meet, create memories and share experiences.
With hospitality at heart, we want your stay with us to be as comfortable and memorable as possible where you feel at home in our cosily furnished rooms, our well-equipped kitchen and pleasant common areas. Every part of our hostel is designed with the comfort of our guests in mind.
If you want help planning your day in one of Sweden’s sunniest cities, we will be happy to assist. Karlskrona is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and we can help you book both museums and restaurants to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

It’s us you’ll meet when you arrive
Since May 2022, Drottninggatan’s hostel has been owned by Anne Hedqvist. When she saw the opportunity to acquire the hostel 1400 km from home, she quit her job as a payroll consultant and moved to the city of sun and islands, Karlskrona. After several visits, she had fallen in love with the wonderful environment. It was the combination of forest, archipelago and sea that Anne wished for and which she now wants to give you the opportunity to discover.
Her vision is a personal hostel that creates a feeling of a hotel with cosily decorated rooms. We take pride in our good service and prices and we also take care of the final cleaning of the rooms.
